Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Case Management functions
- Knowledge of resources that are required to contain costs and maintain quality of care for people with a high-cost illness or injury;
- Strong skills in dealing with challenging personalities
- Ability to communicate and work with a team
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Computer literacy, including with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records
- 2+ years of Nursing experience
- Electronic Medical Record experience a plus
