RN ICU Float Pool Nurse

Role Overview:

An onsite Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in a technically complex ICU environment, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach. The nurse prioritizes patient wellness, safety, and quality outcomes, while mentoring new staff and embracing continuous learning in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care following the nursing process
• Support and guide colleagues through specialty education and competency validation
• Contribute to safe, high-quality care at the point of service
• Model proficiency and foster a collaborative team environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and valid RN licensure
• Minimum six months ICU RN experience or completion of a fellowship program
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, innovative clinical environment
