UCHealth is seeking an experienced RN ICU Float to deliver high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care across multiple intensive care units. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate complex patient care, manage ventilators and vasoactive infusions, respond to rapid changes in condition, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will float to various ICUs based on patient needs, ensuring continuity and safety.
