Description:We are seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse.The role involves working in a Level I Trauma environment.Candidates should have experience in a fast-paced emergency department.A minimum of two years of experience is preferred.Travel experience is preferred.Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC.Experience with a patient ratio of 4:1 is ideal.Skills in arterial line management, blood product administration, and care of ventilated patients are necessary.Familiarity with phlebotomy and procedural sedation is also required.The emergency room accommodates a variety of patient age groups from neonates to geriatrics.Applicants should be comfortable handling a wide range of emergency medical situations.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.Documentation will be performed using Epic.We value candidates who can maintain composure under pressure.Join us in providing critical care in a dynamic setting.
