Other essential skills include interpreting arterial blood gases and managing dysrhythmias.
The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to manage violent behavior. Familiarity with charting systems is preferred. Candidates must be able to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams. The patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily patient census can reach up to 200. An on-site drug screen will be conducted prior to employment. Failure to pass the drug screen may result in cancellation of the assignment.
