Players Health advisors lead with risk, not policy. You'll be equipped with a structured Sales Playbook, a proprietary client Risk Assessment Tool, and a suite of sales enablement tools.Compensation and benefits include a base salary of $70,000–$100,000, competitive uncapped commission rates, remote-first work from anywhere in the U.S., flexible PTO policy, 10 company-paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, and additional voluntary coverage options. You'll also have access to The Institutes Knowledge Group platform and AI-powered sales pitch practice for ongoing insurance education and professional development.Responsibilities include risk advisory and new business development, client relationships and retention, process and systems discipline, and team and mission contribution.
You'll lead with risk, prospect, source, and develop new relationships, establish deep relationships with sports administrators, and accurately maintain all prospect, client, and deal activity.Minimum skills and qualifications include 2+ years of commercial insurance sales experience, active Property & Casualty insurance license, proficiency with CRM/AMS platforms, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated resilience and ability to adapt.Desired characteristics include sports insurance experience and relationships, builder and growth mindset, and people and communication skills. You should have 7+ years of insurance industry experience, a bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Sales, or a related field, and strong emotional intelligence.Additional requirements include the ability to travel occasionally, a dedicated and secure remote work environment, and the ability to work and be productive in a remote setting.
