Rheumatologist

Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is seeking a Board-Certified Rheumatologist to establish a new outpatient practice in Novato, CA. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an established team of three physicians in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The position provides access to integrated services and a strong referral network within a nationally recognized organization.

• Ambulatory-based practice with no hospital responsibilities

• EPIC EMR system
• Supportive clinical staff
• Multi-specialty medical group made up of over 150 clinicians, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants practicing in 24+ specialties

Compensation

• Competitive salary with income guarantee
• $296,975 - $321,988 /Yr.
• Relocation allowance and sign-on bonus
• $2,000 monthly stipend for residents who commit to hire (maximum 12 months)
• Shareholder status eligibility after 24 months of employment
