Reuben's Brews Brand AmbassadorReuben's Brews Brand Ambassador will report to our Director of Sales, and the successful candidate will be responsible for putting Reuben's beer directly into the hands of new drinkers — running in-store tastings at grocery and bottle shops across Puget Sound, pouring at festivals and events, and representing us at community events. Brand Ambassadors have one primary goal: to turn a first taste into a customer. The successful applicant will work closely with our sales team and our wholesaler partners.Reuben's Brews is a family brewery founded in 2012.

We brew from the glass backwards: designing each beer with intention, unbound by constraints. We know making the extra effort is worth it. We are the most decorated brewery in Washington, have two brewhouses, two tasting rooms, and we distribute our beer predominantly in the Pacific Northwest.

In 2025 we brewed 24,000 BBLs.The RoleDuties will include, but aren't necessarily limited to the following:Running in-store tastings at grocery stores, bottle shops and specialty retailers across Puget Sound — this is the core of the role and the part that moves the numbersPouring and sampling at festivals, events and community activations, including weekends and some eveningsRepresenting the full Reuben's portfolio — our beer and our Party On non-alcoholic line — and knowing all of it well enough to talk about it with anyoneSetting up and breaking down your own kit: canopy, table, cooler, ice, signage — and keeping product cold and properly presented at all timesStarting conversations with people who didn't ask to be talked to, and handling skepticism gracefullyMerchandising while on site: facing the shelf, checking cold box placement, noting out-of-stocks and anything that doesn't look rightAccurately reporting data after every shift — samples poured, location, customer feedback, and any account or venue asking where to buyBuilding and maintaining relationships with store staff, beer buyers, event organizers and wholesaler repsTransporting product, equipment and signage safely to and from activationsHelping out across sales and potentially taproom events when neededThe successful candidate will have:An infectious positivity - this is the whole job. Retail demo, beverage, hospitality or events experience is a plus but not a requirementReliability - shifts are scheduled weeks ahead and a missed shift is a booth nobody staffedPhysical demands include but are not limited to: Frequently required to stand and walk for extended periods, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; regularly lift or move cases of beer and coolers of ice (up to 50 pounds); loading and unloading a vehicle.Valid Washington driver's license and a clean driving record requiredMAST permit and Washington Food Worker Card required, or willing to obtain within your first two weeks — we'll reimburse bothAvailability on weekends and some evenings, minimum two shifts per weekIn addition to these minimum requirements, we expect the successful candidate will demonstrate the following:Glass Backwards mentality – taking unique, solution-focused approaches to problemsA proven track record of Making it Happen – infectiously enthusiastic and can-do attitude – a thirst to learn, to teach others, and an obsessive commitment to our brewery's success is an absolute mustRecognition that we are here to delight - for internal and external customers, partners, and the Reuben's team as a whole.
