Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in our busy, family-style restaurant and retail store. You’ll oversee front- and back-of-house teams, ensure warm, Southern hospitality, and maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities include scheduling, training and coaching employees, managing inventory and ordering, controlling labor and food costs, and resolving guest concerns.
