About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our acute care hospital team. The Respiratory Therapist will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and life-support respiratory care to patients across a variety of inpatient units, including ICU, ER, Med/Surg, and specialty areas as assigned.
Multiple shifts available.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments including aerosol, oxygen, and ventilator support
  
• Perform patient assessments and develop respiratory care plans
  
• Manage and monitor mechanical ventilation and non-invasive ventilation
  
• Respond to emergencies and participate in rapid response and code teams
  
• Perform arterial blood gases and interpret results
  
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment
  
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
  

Qualifications

• Active state Respiratory Care Practitioner license
  
• CRT or RRT credential
  
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (currently have or willing to obtain)
  
• Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred
