North Star Commercial Real Estate Advisors is seeking a senior Residential Real Estate Agent to join our Minnesota team. This role is for a producing agent who has built momentum in their business and is ready to scale faster with a powerful platform, deep database, and a forward‑thinking, tech‑driven team. This is not a cold‑start role; you will manage all residential referrals generated by North Star and actively prospect a commercial database with tens of thousands of contacts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert all residential referrals generated by North Star.
• Prospect and cultivate residential opportunities from the commercial database.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients referred through the firm.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to cross‑pollinate opportunities.
• Leverage CRM, AI tools, and automation to drive consistent follow‑up and growth.
