Resident Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
3+ years of engineering experience supporting product development, customer programs, manufacturing, or technical customer interactions.
Experience working directly with customers, suppliers, or cross-functional engineering teams.
Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience supporting automotive OEMs or Tier 1/2 suppliers.
Experience with OEM engineering systems such as Teamcenter, WERS, or similar product lifecycle management (PLM) and release systems.
Experience supporting an automotive OEM in a Resident Engineer, Design Release Engineer, Product Engineer, or similar customer-facing engineering role.
Understanding of vehicle connectivity systems, networking technologies, and electrical architecture.
Experience supporting cable assemblies, connectors, electromechanical products, or related connectivity solutions.
