Residency Program - New Graduate

Seeking a new graduate nurse for a comprehensive residency program that supports transition from student to professional nurse. The role involves participating in a structured, evidence-based training with individualized orientation, clinical practice, and mentorship. Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care across various specialized units such as Emergency, Cardiac, ICU, Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Mother/Baby, Labor & Birth, and NICU. Nurses will develop critical thinking, clinical judgment, and advanced assessment skills while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications

• Less than 12 months of nursing experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current nursing license and BLS certification
