An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reservoir Engineer to join a growing energy business based in Denver, Colorado.

This is an opportunity for a technically strong, commercially minded individual with a background spanning reservoir engineering, asset evaluation and transactional work. The role will suit someone who combines strong subsurface expertise with a solid understanding of the commercial and financial considerations involved in evaluating and acquiring oil & gas assets.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting asset valuations, acquisition and divestiture (A&D) activity, technical due diligence and investment underwriting, working closely with commercial, finance and technical teams to assess opportunities and support key investment decisions.
Key areas of experience we're looking for:
- Strong reservoir engineering background within the upstream oil & gas sector.
- Direct experience supporting acquisitions and divestitures (A&D), including technical evaluation of potential transactions.
- Exposure to deal underwriting, asset valuation and investment analysis.
- Experience with reserves and resource assessments, production forecasting and economic evaluations.
- Ability to assess asset performance, identify upside opportunities and evaluate development potential.
- Experience contributing to technical due diligence and transaction processes.
