Help parents and caregivers navigate iLevelUP information, virtual activities, mentoring expectations, and approved support resources.
We are seeking volunteer Parent and Caregiver Liaisons to provide clear, welcoming communication between families and the iLevelUP program serving underserved youth and young people.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to routine family questions through approved channels and templates
- Explain program participation, schedules, technology, mentoring boundaries, and next steps
- Help families locate approved resources and route specialized questions appropriately
- Support virtual orientations, reminders, feedback collection, and follow-up
- Document contacts, requests, and unresolved issues accurately
- Protect participant privacy and use consent-based communication practices
- Escalate safety, wellbeing, eligibility, technical, or complaint matters to authorized staff
- Share recurring family needs with engagement, support, and program teams
Qualifications:
- Experience in family support, education, youth programs, customer service, community outreach, case coordination, or communications
- Patient, clear, culturally responsive, and dependable communication
- Strong organization, boundaries, discretion, and follow-through
- Willingness to complete screening, privacy, and youth-safeguarding training
- Multilingual skills are especially welcome
This is a remote, recurring volunteer role available within the United States. Expect approximately 2–5 hours per month.
