We are seeking volunteer Outreach Specialists to conduct organized, audience-specific outreach for digital learning, mentoring, workshops, partnerships, and volunteer recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Research priority audiences, organizations, networks, directories, and contacts
- Build and maintain accurate outreach lists and campaign records
- Send approved email, LinkedIn, community, and partner messages
- Adapt approved messaging by audience without changing program commitments
- Coordinate follow-up, information sessions, referrals, and handoffs
- Track responses, interests, next steps, and outreach performance
- Identify frequently asked questions and recommend message improvements
- Respect opt-outs, privacy, platform rules, and authorization boundaries
Qualifications:
- Experience in outreach, communications, recruiting, partnerships, community engagement, sales development, or nonprofit programs
- Strong research, writing, organization, and professional follow-through
- Comfort initiating respectful remote conversations
- Ability to use spreadsheets, CRM tools, email, and professional social platforms
- Education, youth, volunteer, or multilingual outreach experience is helpful
This is a remote, recurring volunteer role open worldwide. Expect approximately 3–6 hours per month.
