Compensation

• Competitive session rates based on CPT codes and state licensure
• Per appointment pay range = $120 - $270

Qualifications

• Current PMHNP license in the state(s) you wish to practice
• DEA license or willingness to obtain one
• NPI Number
• CAQH
• Medical Malpractice Insurance
