GEA Group's Pharma Division seeks a Director of Service to oversee all field service and service sales activities for the North American Region. This is a remote role with minimal travel to customer sites and quarterly visits to our Pharma Headquarters in Columbia, MD.
You will lead Pharma NAM Service, allocate resources, drive financial growth and customer satisfaction, develop business plans, negotiate SLAs, manage budgets, and build high-performance teams across NAM.
