Pre-oc/remodel Tech

Must have reliable transportation. Will need to travel between 2 of our downtown properties 1/4 mile apart.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install or repair cabinetry, countertops, doors, trim, appliances, lighting, hardware, mechanical equipment, plumbing, and electrical fixtures
- Prepare, prime, sand, seal, patch, and paint surfaces
- Install windows and flooring
- Inspect units at the end of remodeling to ensure they operate properly
- Remedy any issues to ensure the unit is ready for occupancy
- Create remodeling plans
- Ensure safety and compliance
Requirements And Qualifications
- Hands-on experience working with carpentry materials preferred
- Strong, working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
- Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools
- Willingness to comply with safety guidelines at all times
Education and Experience
- General Maintenance: 3 years+
- Plumbing, Minor electrical
- Tiling
