This leader will analyze failures, drive corrective actions, and implement improvements that enhance product performance and dependability.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and analyze products, materials, and components to predict failures.Review product designs and manufacturing processes for reliability.Develop prototypes, run tests, and gather reliability data.Improve and maintain lab testing capabilities.Interpret results using statistical and reliability models.Document findings, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability.Lead and prioritize a team focused on failure analysis and customer returns.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics (BSEE preferred).4+ years of relevant engineering experience.Expertise in failure analysis methods (FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven leadership in guiding Technicians and Engineers.
