Join our team as a full-time, night shift Telemetry Intermediate Care Stepdown (IMC) Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, coordinated patient care across diverse populations.
Under the supervision of the Nurse Director/Manager, you will assess patient and family needs, develop and prioritize care plans, evaluate care delivery, and update plans to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs.
Delegating care appropriately to optimize outcomes is essential, as is adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications Include
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Current Kansas RN licensure
- BLS certification (obtained within 14 days of hire)
- ACLS for telemetry, ICU, and PCU; oncology certification for post-surgery patients
- All certifications completed within the first year of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- At least one year of recent healthcare experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
