We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Telemetry to provide direct patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities Include
- Assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a shift basis.
- Supervising staff and delegating appropriate care tasks.
- Coordinating patient care using a multidisciplinary approach and developing individualized plans of care.
- Delivering nursing interventions aligned with medical plans.
- Performing specialty procedures and accurately documenting all patient care activities.
- Supporting high-quality, safe, and efficient nursing care while ensuring staff competency and resource management.
Qualifications And Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing School with current RN licensure in the applicable state.
- Certification in BLS required upon hire; ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NRP required within specified timeframes or as applicable based on department.
- Preferred academic degree in nursing (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
