Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care – Orthopedic Trauma

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within a healthcare facility.

As a frontline team member, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes. Your responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, delivering care according to established plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.

You will serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and promoting patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to performance improvement initiatives , support professional growth, and foster a positive work environment through mentorship and adherence to standards of practice.

Qualifications include an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing , current RN licensure (single or multi-state), and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification . Strong communication skills, clinical competence, and a commitment to confidentiality and safety are essential.
