Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; adjust care plans accordingly.
• Deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate patient care with team members.
• Respond to patient concerns, educate families, and promote patient-centered care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and engage in ongoing development.
• Mentor and foster growth of other nurses, contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.
