Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role:

Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team, serving as a key communication link among patients, families, and healthcare providers. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and execute care plans, deliver safe and effective care, and document all assessments and interventions. Act as an advocate for patients, addressing concerns, educating families, and ensuring patient-centered care. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Requires an Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred). Must hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) either in a single state or via multi-state compact. Demonstrates professionalism, communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Leadership qualities include mentorship and contributing to a positive work environment.
