Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role:

Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a supportive care team, serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• monitor patient conditions
• collaborate on care plans
• ensure safe, effective care
• document assessments and interventions
• advocate for patient needs
• participate in performance improvement initiatives
• and support shared governance activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• active RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
• BLS certification
• strong clinical judgment
• excellent communication and teamwork skills
• commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to safety, confidentiality, and standards of practice.
