Job Title: Registered Nurse – Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 13 weeks (extendable)

Shift: 5x8 Days | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation: $2,222/week (gross)

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, high-quality post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical procedures.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs, airway, and overall condition during recovery.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in compliance with PACU standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold hospital safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recent PACU nursing experience – Required
  • Active State RN License – Required
  • Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS – Required
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination – Required
