We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
This Role Involves
- Providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to neonatal patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Advocating for ethical and holistic patient care, respecting patient rights, dignity, and cultural values.
- Fostering a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members, including students.
- Ensuring safety and quality by applying evidence-based practices, identifying issues, and promoting a culture of safety.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development, practicing to the top of licensure, and promoting research and evidence-based practice.
- Leading and coordinating care teams, delegating appropriately, and modeling professional behaviors within an interprofessional setting.
Qualifications Include
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington RN license.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- American Academy of Pediatrics NRP certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
