We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

This Role Involves

  • Providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to neonatal patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Advocating for ethical and holistic patient care, respecting patient rights, dignity, and cultural values.
  • Fostering a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members, including students.
  • Ensuring safety and quality by applying evidence-based practices, identifying issues, and promoting a culture of safety.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development, practicing to the top of licensure, and promoting research and evidence-based practice.
  • Leading and coordinating care teams, delegating appropriately, and modeling professional behaviors within an interprofessional setting.

Qualifications Include

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington RN license.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • American Academy of Pediatrics NRP certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience.
