Registered Nurse - Med Surg

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical Floor team, providing personalized patient care across diverse age groups from infants to geriatrics.

The role involves delivering safe and effective nursing care under the supervision of the Department Director and Charge Nurse. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care needs, collaborating with the healthcare team, and meeting unit and hospital goals. The nurse will work in a fast-paced environment, providing direct and indirect care, and must be flexible to float to other comparable units as needed.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing school, current RN licensure in the appropriate state, and at least one year of relevant experience preferred. Certifications such as BLS are required, with ACLS recommended. A bachelor's degree is preferred. The role demands strong clinical skills, teamwork, customer focus, and adaptability to various patient populations.
