TriStar Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehab unit in Nashville, TN. In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to adult rehab patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury.
Responsibilities include assessments, individualized care planning, medication administration, wound and mobility management, and patient/family education. You’ll collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to optimize outcomes.
