In this role, you will deliver high-acuity, family-centered care to critically ill and premature newborns using advanced technology and evidence-based practice. You’ll collaborate with neonatologists and an interdisciplinary team, closely monitor infants, manage ventilators and IV therapies, and support families through education and advocacy.
