Doctors Hospital of Augusta seeks an experienced ER Clinical RN Support Coordinator to optimize clinical workflows and patient flow in our busy Emergency Department. In this role, you’ll coordinate nursing resources, support triage and patient throughput, and promote evidence-based, high-quality care. Working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll mentor staff, assist with complex cases, ensure compliance with clinical protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in our innovative, growth-focused environment.
