Registered Dietitian

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutrition care plans to seniors living in a Skilled Nursing Setting. The Dietitian will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that the nutritional needs of our senior residents are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nutrition care plans for senior residents in multiple locations
• Assess the nutritional needs of residents and provide appropriate recommendations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care
• Educate residents and their families on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident nutrition assessments and care plans

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dietitian
• Experience working with seniors in a senior living environment
• Strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating habits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification

FLEXIBLE HOURS!!!!! 2 days on site and the rest of the required work can be completed remotely. Location is in Minneapolis.

Compensation details: 30-32 Hourly Wage
