Passionate And Dynamic Registered Dietitian NeededWe are looking for a passionate and dynamic registered dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both clinical and non-clinical staff to deliver holistic dietetic services aimed at improving the overall health and well-being of our members. By leveraging your expertise in nutrition and personalized care, you'll play a crucial role in guiding members toward achieving their wellness goals through tailored nutrition plans and sustainable lifestyle changes.
This position is remote-based, with occasional in-person work at our San Mateo clinic.What You Will DoCollaborate with clinicians to develop personalized care plans based on evaluations and diagnostic test resultsProvide nutritional counseling, helping members adopt sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes to enhance both physical and mental well-beingServe as an accountability partner by setting realistic action steps and supporting members in achieving their goalsMonitor member progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure optimal outcomesIntegrate cutting-edge wearables and technology into nutrition counseling to provide a modern, data-driven approachRecommend dietary supplements as part of the member's overall treatment planReview intake forms, test results, and other relevant data, explaining findings clearly and effectively to membersConduct virtual visits and follow-up communication as scheduled, offering continuous support via email and our member portalGenerate custom reports to coincide with virtual visits, ensuring members have comprehensive insights into their progressDocument member goals and outcomes using our electronic medical record system, providing resources and tools to support their journeyMaintain ongoing communication and engagement with members through our digital platformKeep up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition science to offer evidence-based adviceWhat You Bring To The RoleMinimum of 5 years of health coaching experience, or experience coaching at least 50 clientsExperience and/or training in functional nutrition or functional medicine is highly desirableRegistered dietitian or New York state certification as dietitian-nutritionistPassion and expertise in the application of nutrition and food plans to aging, wellness and longevityTech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms, including our electronic medical record systemStrong time management skills and a commitment to excellent customer serviceAbility to come into the San Mateo clinic on occasionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environmentExceptional Looks LikeAdditional certifications in health coaching (IFM, IIN, or similar)Interest and experience in use of continuous glucose monitors for dietetics counseling in non-diabetic individualsInterest and experience in working with product and design professionals in development of reports and member toolsInterest and experience in dietetics program evaluation and monitoringComp | Perks | Benefits$40 - $60 per hourWhy Join Us?Biograph is on a mission to drive meaningful advances in human healthspan and lifespan.
