D’Youville – DSC in Lowell, MA seeks a Registered Dietitian to provide compassionate, resident-centered nutrition care across long-term care, rehab, memory care, and assisted living. The RD will complete assessments, develop and monitor individualized care plans, manage therapeutic diets, and track outcomes including intake, weights, and labs. This role partners closely with nursing, rehab, and medical staff, supports menu planning and regulatory compliance, and educates residents, families, and staff, helping promote dignity, safety, and quality of life for older adults.
