ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 13-year-old client for approximately 18-20 hours per week. If you’re passionate about helping children and teens with autism build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills, we’d love to have you on our team.
Hours : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (3:30 - 5:30pm) + Saturday, Sunday (5-6 hours, flexible)
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBAsupervision across home, school, and center-basedsettings
- Collect accurate session data and enterdocumentation into Rethink within 24 hours of eachsession
- Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behaviorintervention plans (BIPs)
- Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-inprocess
- Maintain professional communication with familiesand report observations to supervising BCBA
Skills
- Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience workingwith children with developmental disabilities
- Current RBT certification
- Experience with ABA data collection and sessiondocumentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and genuine passion forsupporting the autism community
- Professional development assistance and RBT
