Dimensional Behavior Interventions is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized ABA therapy plans that promote skill development and independence for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as outlined in individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Accurately collect and record data during sessions
- Support clients in reaching developmental and behavioral goals
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and team members
- Adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations (home, school, community)
