About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress
- Supporting parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
- Communicating professionally with families and the clinical team
Responsibilities
As an RBT with Budding Futures, you will:
- Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
- Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who:
- Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
- Have experience working with children
- Possess reliable transportation
