Job Details
Mandatory Skills Required:
- Ability to create, structure and sell large deals ($5M+ multi-year deals) including multi-service deals
- Ability to generate $1M+ per year from new logos
- Ability to build and maintain relationship with senior leaders in customer organizations (VPs and above)
- Clear understanding of concepts in modern networking and applications, Digital Transformation in enterprises, Data engineering and migration, enterprise applications implementation and life cycle support and the ability to sell solutions to customers
- Hands-on experience in Sales lifecycle (prospecting including market analysis and competitor assessment, lead qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation and Sales closure.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess an affable personality with a proven record in interworking and collaboration with other functions (esp. Between Engineering & Sales).
- Experience of selling in USA
- Must be willing to travel extensively on business within USA.
- Understanding of partner and support ecosystem of enterprise applications / SaaS solutions
- Deep sales experience in any of the following
- Must have IT solution sales experience in IT software/services or consulting.
- Experience in at least 2 verticals: AI, Data, Digital, Cloud, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare or Travel & Hospitality
- Strong new-logo hunting experience (90% hunting, 10% farming). xhqgsiq
- Pre-sales experience
Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring sales growth through
- Addition of new accounts (90%) and
- Revenue enhancement in existing accounts (10%)
- Planning and executing sales plan for the region
Academic Qualification
- Graduate Engineering Degree
An MBA qualification though not mandatory would be an added advantage.
