This role ensures that all Sites are maintained to high standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while managing budgets, capital improvement projects, and maintenance management systems. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, financial acumen, and technical expertise in capital installations and preventive maintenance programs.Job LocationThis is a remote opportunity where the person must live near one of our manufacturing facilities in the region.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all maintenance activities for assigned regional Sites, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.Assist in the development and administration of Site maintenance budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service quality.Lead capital installation and improvement projects, including equipment upgrades, facility renovations, and infrastructure enhancements.Act as the subject matter expert for maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset performance.Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs to extend asset life and reduce operational disruptions.Train and evaluate maintenance supervisors, technicians, and third-party vendors.Coordinate with operations, finance, and leadership teams to align maintenance strategies with organizational goals.Ensure compliance with Company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to safety and building codes.Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and monitor service-level agreements.Analyze maintenance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.Respond to emergencies and develop contingency plans for critical equipment failures.Job RequirementsHigh school diploma / equivalent or completion of technical school or equivalent in training, experience, and educationMinimum of 5 years of multi-site maintenance management experience or 10 years of single-site maintenance management experience.Demonstrated experience managing maintenance budgets.Proven expertise in capital installation projects and large-scale facility upgrades.Strong working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance software platforms.Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communications skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.Valid driver's license.Must be knowledgeable of OSHA safety requirements, especially those related to electrical and mechanical operations and componentsAble to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprintsWelding and fabrication experience.Full knowledge of three phase 480-volt equipmentWorking knowledge of three phase motors, programmable controls, circuits, computer interfaces and National Electrical CodeAbility to travel up to 65%Lifting requirements are up to 50 poundsEndure intermittent bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, stooping and reachingStanding for extended periodAble to work under extreme conditions such as hot or cold temperatures, noise, dust, and dirtWorking at heights above 50'CompensationBase salary range of $115,000 - $130,000 per yearAnnual bonus opportunity401(k) plan / group retirement savings programShort-term and long-term disability benefitsLife insuranceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
