The company is targeting 50 billion in annual revenue within the decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.The Regional Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading HR strategy and execution across multiple operating locations within an assigned region. This role provides both strategic direction and hands-on support to HR teams and business leaders, ensuring consistent, compliant, and effective HR practices. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance operational execution with long-term talent and organizational development.Lead and support HR operations across multiple locations within the assigned regionManage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance oversightPartner with business leaders to align HR strategy with operational and growth objectivesIdentify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities to improve organizational performanceServe as a senior resource for complex employee relations matters, investigations, and policy interpretationEnsure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policiesConduct audits, site visits, and training to reinforce a compliant and positive workplace environmentSupport talent planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiativesIdentify and develop high-potential employees to build organizational capabilityCoach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and team developmentSupport HR integration for acquisitions, including onboarding and cultural alignmentLead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagementProvide guidance to newly integrated teams to align with company practicesPartner with HR centers of excellence (e.g., compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance) to ensure alignmentSupport implementation of company-wide HR programs, systems, and policiesDrive consistency and standardization across HR processesMaintain regular on-site presence across locations to support leaders and employeesBuild strong relationships with field teams to understand business needs and challengesProvide hands-on support to HR teams and operational leadersPerform additional duties and strategic initiatives as neededWhat you'll bring:Strong leadership and team development skillsDeep knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and compliance requirementsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to influence and partner with senior leadersStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field8+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site or regional leadershipExperience leading HR professionals and supporting operational teamsFamiliarity with employment laws and HR best practicesHR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) preferredValid driver's license and ability to travel frequentlyAbility to partake in a combination of office and field-based work across multiple locationsAbility to partake in frequent travel required within assigned regionComfortability with regular interaction with employees, leadership, and HR teamsAbility to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periodsFlexibility to work extended hours based on business needsWhat you'll earn:Health Care BenefitsPaid Time OffQXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
