As a Regional Director of Operations your roles and responsibilities will include:3+ years of prior experience with management of multi-site locationsClinical Degree Required in Physical or Occupational TherapyBS or master's degree in business or related field preferredClinical practice and director level responsibilities as prior experienceMeet the educational and state requirements for Clinical Practice knowledge, skills and licensed in Physical or Occupational TherapyUpholds knowledge of and ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and other third-party payersSustains knowledge of HIPAA and other requirementsMaintains timely knowledge of mandatory billing and coding requirements to include knowledge of ICD-10Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent leadership skillsAbility to exercise mature judgement and initiative in analyzing problems and recommending/ implementing solutions to provide cost effective servicesDesired skills and experience Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Regional Director of Operations who enjoys his work and is one of the best within your organization.
