Location: Miami or Ft. Lauderdale, Florida - Hybrid

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 + Bonuses + Full Standard Benefits

Skills: 10+ years of progressive commercial property management experience

Overview:

A privately-held commercial real estate investment, management, and operating company is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee an owner-managed portfolio of industrial assets throughout Florida . This is a newly created leadership role driven by continued portfolio growth and operational expansion.

This position offers the opportunity to lead property operations across a multi-million-square-foot portfolio while helping shape and standardize best practices, systems, and processes across the region. The company has a collaborative culture, strong financial backing, and a long‑term ownership approach that emphasizes operational excellence and employee growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of a multi-million SF industrial real estate portfolio across Florida.
• Lead property management operations for 100+ tenants across 40+ buildings.
• Hire, supervise, and mentor property management staff while helping build and scale the team.
• Develop and implement standardized property and facility management processes, procedures, and reporting.
• Partner closely with maintenance, engineering, accounting, leasing, construction, and asset management teams.
• Oversee operating budgets, expense management, tenant relations, vendor performance, and capital projects.
• Ensure properties are maintained to ownership standards while maximizing tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Review service contracts and vendor relationships to drive performance and cost effectiveness.
• Lead portfolio reporting and provide operational updates to senior leadership.
• Support acquisitions, transitions, and portfolio growth initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive commercial property management experience
• Experience overseeing multi-building, multi-tenant portfolios
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Proven ability to improve operational processes and portfolio performance.

Experience with luxury commercial assets will not be relevant.

Preferred

• Experience managing industrial assets
• Experience managing owner-operater portfolios

Competitive base salary $120,000 - $160,000
