Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical leadership across multiple nonpublic school and in-district classroom sites serving K–12 students with autism and emotional/behavioral needs. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and oversee behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and ensure fidelity of ABA-based interventions. You will coach and train teachers and staff, collaborate with IEP teams and families, support crisis prevention and de-escalation, ensure regulatory and ethical compliance, and contribute to program development and staff mentoring across the region.
