Key Focus Areas:
- Maintenance - HVACR systems, inspections, motors, compressors
- Repair - diagnose issues, repair components, fine tuning
- System Upgrades - increase efficiency and performance
- Documentation - maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in HVAC
- Strong experience working on commercial properties
- knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems as they relate to HVACR
