About the role

We’re growing our recruiting team and hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to keep our hiring engine running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews, manage logistics and make sure every candidate has a great experience. It’s a great seat for someone organized and people focused who wants to grow a career in talent acquisition.

What you’ll do

• Schedule phone, video and onsite interviews across multiple hiring teams and calendars.
• Send interview confirmations, invites and prep details to candidates and interviewers.
• Coordinate onsite logistics, including arrival instructions, parking and visitor access.
• Keep candidate records and interview status up to date in the ATS.
• Support offer letters, background checks and pre hire paperwork.
• Serve as a friendly, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
• Help pull weekly recruiting reports and pipeline updates.
• Jump in on special projects such as hiring events and job postings.

What you bring

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a fast paced administrative role.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle many calendars at once.
• Clear, professional communication over email and phone.
• Comfort with Outlook, Teams, Zoom and an ATS such as Workday or iCIMS.
• A service mindset and a sense of urgency.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
