InterEx Group is continuing its expansion in Miami and we are hiring Spanish speaking Contract Recruitment Consultants to join our fast-moving sales team in Edgewater.

What You Will Be Doing
- Generating new business through outbound sales activity, networking, and market knowledge
- Managing and developing client relationships across Spanish speaking regions
- Identifying, screening, and placing contract professionals across tech markets such as ERP, CRM, and Data
- Driving revenue, building your desk, and contributing to a high-performing team culture
What We Are Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience preferred, ideally with a billing track record
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and revenue targets
- Confident communicator with a strong sales mindset
- Motivated, resilient, and eager to progress
