Associate Recruitment Consultant – InterEx Group, Miami

Location: Edgewater, Miami, FL (Onsite 5 days a week)

Salary: $50,000-$55,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (1st Year OTE $75,000-$85,000)

As part of our continued growth in the US, we're hiring an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Miami office.

This role will initially focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process, partnering with experienced consultants and supporting some of the world's leading organizations across the ERP, CRM, Data, and Cloud technology markets. As you develop, you'll progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, managing both clients and candidates while building your own market and personal brand.

You'll join a high-performance, supportive environment where you'll work on live vacancies from day one, receive industry-leading training, and have the opportunity to earn commission from your first placements.

What You'll Be Doing

Connecting Top Talent with Opportunity

• Identifying and engaging high-caliber technology professionals across the ERP, CRM, Data, and Cloud markets.
• Building strong relationships with candidates and understanding their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, from initial conversation through to offer acceptance.

Building Your Market Expertise

• Developing a deep understanding of your specialist technology sector and the talent landscape within it.
• Staying informed on market trends, hiring activity, and industry developments.
• Positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment specialist within your niche.
• Learning the fundamentals of recruitment, sales, negotiation, and business development.
• Working closely with experienced consultants to understand how to win and manage client relationships.
• Gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle as you progress towards a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
