You don't need recruitment experience or a background in tech. We'll teach you the recruitment, sales and technology side of the role from day one.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage both sides of the recruitment process, building relationships with technology professionals and winning business from companies looking to hire. Your day will involve a lot of phone-based sales, relationship building, and business development.
Calling freelancers and contractors across Data & AI, ERP, CRM and Cloud Building and managing your own candidate network Speaking with candidates about projects, availability and career moves Calling businesses and hiring managers to identify new opportunities Developing new business and building client relationships Matching contractors with the right opportunities Managing the recruitment process through to placement Using LinkedIn, job boards and CRM tools to source candidates and win business Building your own specialist market, desk and book of business
You'll be speaking to people every day, building relationships, developing business and learning how to turn conversations into revenue.
This is an opportunity to learn sales, business development, negotiation, and recruitment while building a career in a growing international business.
You'll be coached by some of the top billers in the industry within InterEx , learning directly from people with proven track records in sales and recruitment.
