Clinical Pharmacist - Emergency MedicineThe Clinical Pharmacist – Emergency Medicine provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to adult and pediatric patients in the Emergency Department. This role involves direct patient care, participation in emergency response, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy outcomes. The position also includes a secondary clinical focus in Pediatrics/NICU and participation in operational pharmacy services.
